There are two ways:
Yes, if you have already rebooked we will apply the refund as credit to your account along with an additional £200 credit to add to the £300 already offered against the licence fee due for 20/21. This amount will be credited towards the last instalment of 20/21 or against the total amount if you choose to pay in full.
If you have already rebooked, but did this after our £300 rebooking offer ended, you will receive a £500 credit applied to the last instalment of your 20/21 booking or against the total amount if you choose to pay in full.
We understand that this is a big decision and hope that you have enjoyed your experience at Nido West Hampstead to date, despite having to deal with the impact of Covid-19 over the last few months.

Yes, for any prior friend referrals, you will still receive the £100 Amazon vouchers, in addition to the refund for you and the £500 credit for the referred student.
The refund will be provided to you after the referred student has paid their final instalment of 20/21. This will be by 1st May 2021 at the latest. If the referred student chooses to pay their licence fee in full, you may be able to receive the refund sooner.

Your deposit will be processed as per the terms of your licence, at the end of your licence agreement. All deposits will be processed by TDS /SDS within 28 days of the end of your licence agreement in the usual manner. You will be notified of any deductions to your deposit for any damage to your room, this will be dealt with via the TDS/SDS scheme.
We would ask for students to make payment as soon as possible. A member of the team will be happy to work with you to agree a payment plan for your outstanding fees if required. No late payment fees will be applied to your account whilst the agreed payment plan is in place and payments are made in line with the plan.
