Nido Boyce House is our brand-new student residence coming to Glasgow, set to open in September 2019. Perfectly located just a 4-minute walk from Glasgow Caledonian University and a 10-minute walk to the University of Strathclyde, it’s super easy to get to lectures.

All our rooms are designed for student life and come fully furnished, so all you have to worry about is your studies. We’ve listened to your feedback about deposit amounts and have taken action. We’ve now reduced the deposit amount from £300 to £100. Plus the £100 is refundable after your stay, based on the condition of your room.
