We’ve wanted to be in Bristol for a while, so we’re getting ready to open our doors of our newest residence named The Malthouse in September 2021. We think we’ll fit right in to this inclusive and community-minded area with our vision for sustainable and community living. The Malthouse will offer brand new studios and ensuite rooms in shared apartments with all bills included, social and study spaces, an on-site gym, private dining room, 200Mbps WiFi, and events throughout the year.

Perfect for student life in Bristol, this Nido is location less than 20 minutes walk to Bristol University and just 21 minutes on the M1 bus from UWE, University of the West of England. Plus we’re just a 4-minute walk from BIMM Institute, so if you’re attending Music College in Bristol you can roll out of bed and straight into lectures!

Bristol is known for its inclusive and creative community so we’ve designed spaces to fit right in to Bristol student life. Feel instantly wowed as you walk into the open plan reception and social space, complete with TV lounge, Games Area and plenty of comfy seating. Make use of our stylish study spaces, from casual group study, to private quiet study rooms, there’s space for everyone. The Malthouse has an onsite gym that is free for you to use and open 24/7 and a private dining room for you to host the dinner parties in Bristol. There’s also plenty of Laundry facilities and Bike Storage for you to use.

You will have access to our 200Mbps WiFi which is available throughout the residence, and don’t worry about bringing a lot of tech gear – you can connect up to 6 devices at a time

3-bed Townhouse Rooms

We have one Townhouse available at Nido Bristol, with 3 bedrooms inside and your own private entrance. There is a shared kitchen/ lounge on the ground floor kitted out in the same style and with all the same equipment as our standard flats across the rest of the residence. There is one bedroom and the shared bathroom on the first floor, and two further bedrooms on the second floor. Perfect for sharing with friends, please note the Townhouse rooms must be booked together as a group, so you'll need to contact the team to book.
