To secure your chosen room, please begin by taking a moment to check that your booking details are accurate. Once you know your booking details, select your preferred method of payment and your instalments schedule. We look forward to welcoming you soon!

Yes, you will be asked to pay a holding deposit of £50 to complete your booking, and a £100 refundable tenancy deposit with your first (or only) instalment.

The holding deposit is a non-refundable payment which allows us to reserve your chosen room until the start of your tenancy. The £50 will be deducted from your first (or only) instalment.

The tenancy deposit is a refundable £100 payment that is charged when you pay your first (or only) instalment. Once we receive this, it will be securely placed into the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) and will be returned after you check-out providing there are neither damages nor any outstanding fees.

When booking a room for the academic year, you will be required to pay a £100 deposit upon making your reservation.

You will then have the choice to pay everything up front, in four or ten instalments (location dependent). When choosing multiple instalments, the full accommodation fee for your stay will be divided into separate amounts. The first instalment is due prior to check-in on 13 August 2021.

Other instalment dates are as follows:

Four instalments: second due 4/10/2021, third due 03/01/2022 and fourth due on 13/04/2022.

Ten instalments: instalment dates are as follows, 13/08/2021, 01/10/2021, 01/11/2021, 01/12/2021, 01/01/2022, 01/02/2022, 01/03/2022, 01/04/2022, 01/05/2022. The due date for the tenth instalment is 01/06/2022.

Bank transfers: Bank transfers can take approximately 3 to 5 business days to clear into our bank account, so please check with your bank.
