We are proud to share that Nido Student's hard work and commitment to our students has been recognised as ’Operator of the year 2020* and you can trust that we will endeavour to make the journey from home to our residences as smooth as possible for your child. In this section, you will find more information on the support we provide at Nido.

Every Nido Student residence has a dedicated House Manager. The House Manager is responsible for managing all facilities and informing students about their residence and what can be expected such as:

  • Reception
  • Laundry
  • Our 24/7 manned security
  • 100Mb/s WiFi and broadband
  • The gym
  • Social and common spaces
  • Study spaces
  • Maintenance and housekeeping teams.

Our award-winning team* are on site to support, so your child can always rely on our Front of House team and House Manager, who are dedicated to the wellbeing of our residents.

Our regular events have gone digital to allow our residents to continue to engage with our community virtually. Our events aim to entertain, educate and connect residents to make the most of their Nido experience and interact with our in-residence team and make friends with other residents.

Rest assured that students are in good hands at Nido as their welfare is of utmost importance. We're always striving to give the best possible experience to your children and welcome any feedback that you might have.
