Frequently Asked Questions regarding Nido Globe Works

This page will help to answer some of the questions you may have on how to receive the rebate for the 19/20 final term licence fee and the corresponding rebooker offer.

We will endeavour to process all refunds before 1st September 2020. As you can understand due to the financial situation of the landlord along with the high influx of requests this may take longer than we would usually aim for.

We will update your StarRez portal account to reflect the rebate and update the amount due. We kindly request that you make payment as soon as possible.

We would ask for students to make payment as soon as possible. A member of the Globe Works team will be happy to work with you to agree a payment plan for your outstanding fees if required. No late payment fees will be applied to your account whilst the agreed payment plan is in place and payments are made in line with the plan.

This is possible; however you will not be eligible to receive the £300 discount off your 20/21 booking.

We understand that this is a big decision and hope that you have enjoyed your experience at Nido Globe Works to date, despite having to deal with the impact of Covid-19 over the last few months.

To provide you with the time you need to make your decision, we have set a deadline to rebook for the 17th August 2020. We would however ask that you let the team know of your intention to rebook prior to this so they can note this in the system and ensure you will be eligible for the £300 offer.
