Union Square is home to 233 students from all corners of the world. It’s also part of our three Nido community in Newcastle, so like the other two Nido’s, you will be able to use all the facilities, which will allow you to meet even more people. We’re led by the students that live with us, so we know that having an in-house gym available 24/7, along with plenty of bike storage plus the fastest WiFi, are important to you. We listen to what you have to say while you’re living with us – from our award-winning house team to our social media crew. Just ask.

We think a lot about the design of our facilities. Each space at Nido is fully furnished with little touches that make a positive difference to sustainable living. We want you to be able to enjoy every single facility, from community spaces to the laundry room.

In-house gym

Wellbeing is important to you, so our in-house gym is open 24/7, equipped with all of the machines you need for a good workout.

Social spaces

Our social spaces are designed to help build friendships and community. They include comfy sofas and tables with chairs where you can study.

Study spaces

We listen, so we know the importance of having quiet spaces where you can study by yourself or book it out for group sessions.

Cinema room

The spoilers are over. Book the cinema room with friends to watch your favourite series and movies.

Laundry

The laundry room offers Circuit’s latest technology, in laundry machines, meaning you can check the machine’s availability online to avoid queuing.

Car parking

If you must drive to get around, we have parking spaces available for you to rent.

Bike storage

Designed to promote sustainable living, you can store your bike safely at Nido. There are 20 spaces available at Union Square.
