What was it about Middlesex University that made you want to study there?
I wanted to study at Middlesex because it was in the top 20 in the UK for Business and Economics and also everything is on campus so easily accessible.
How did you feel when you were accepted into university?
I was really really ecstatic! I celebrated out on the town and really enjoyed myself.
Do you have any advice on the accommodation search process?
My advice would be to make your mind up fast because rooms get booked up very quickly.
Did you find it hard to leave home?
For me leaving home was fairly easy because I’d already moved out by the time I decided to go to uni. Packing was easy, unloading was not. I had quite a lot of stuff with me at the time.
If you could only take three things with you to university, what would you take?
A television, Playstation and bed covers.
You’re 1 year into university now, would you do anything differently?
I would have worked harder during my first year, it’s well known that you go out and party hard during your first year but you still need to work hard.
How are you finding London compared to home?
London is a lot more exciting and a lot more vibrant. Everything seems to be going on at all times in the day
We’ll be featuring a student each week to give you insight into #studentlife and moving to university.
