Former Nido Student resident and Le Cordon Bleu gourmet chef, Andrea Zagatti showed us how to put a modern spin on the traditional Thanksgiving meal. We learned to create 3 scrumptious dishes which are perfect for a big gathering or a quiet night in.

Former Nido Student resident and Le Cordon Bleu gourmet chef, Andrea Zagatti showed us how to create 3 simple and delicious dishes. The menus were designed specifically for university students who were new to cooking. Each dish can be made from your kitchen within your student accommodation.

Knowing how to cook cheap but healthy food can be hard. Especially when juggling university, a social life and a job. We invited in our brilliant chef, Andrea Zagatti to show our residents how to prepare simply, delicious and healthy meals for under £2.50 per serving.
