COVID-19 UPDATE

These are tough times for everyone, and we are doing the best we can to ensure every student’s physical & mental wellbeing is protected as far as possible. We’re sincerely grateful for the efforts of our team which have gone above and beyond what anyone could have expected. Protecting and supporting our Nido community continues to be our top priority.

While we have adapted and introduced new initiatives from virtual events to increased cleaning regimes, we have also done everything we can to support our students financially, with offers of financial relief available across our international portfolio. Because more than a third of our customers are international students – many of whom have stayed in residence –all our residences have remained open and we have done everything we can to adapt and ensure every resident is being looked after.

Though we have detailed, cross-border crisis and contingency planning in place for a range of scenarios, unfortunately, nobody has a manual to work from in managing Covid-19 and this is clearly a learning experience for everyone. We’re extremely grateful to our students for their understanding and will continue to do all we can to support them.

Our bookings for 2020/21 are open, alongside our Flexible Booking and Refer a Friend. Our teams are here to help you with any questions you might have. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
